Apple ID doesnt work with multiple profiles on the same account. Instead, Apple likes each user to have their own Apple ID account. To share shareable subscriptions with multiple users, you can set up a Family Sharing group, by inviting other users each by their own Apple ID account. Then no password has to be shared.

If the document is open: Tap. in the toolbar, then tap Manage Shared Document. If the document is closed: In the document manager or Files app, open the Pages folder in iCloud Drive, tap Select in the top-right corner, tap the document (a tick appears), then tap Share at the bottom of the screen.

Stop sharing a document in Pages on iPad In a shared document, tap. in the toolbar. Tap Manage Shared Document. Tap Stop Sharing. An alert asks if you really want to stop sharing the document. Tap Stop Sharing to confirm.

Sign in to iCloud on your device, then turn on iCloud Drive for Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. With your document open, click or tap the Share button. in the toolbar, choose Collaborate from the pop-up menu, then choose how you want to invite others.

Collaborate on a note or folder of notes using iCloud Do one of the following: In the notes list, swipe left on the note you want to share, then tap. Choose Collaborate. To change the access and permissions, tap the share options below Collaborate. Choose Messages or Mail to send your invitation.

Tap Share With More People, then choose a method for sending the invitation to collaborate: Mail or Messages: Type an email address or phone number for each recipient, add a note if you want, then tap Send. A link to the file is sent to each recipient.

Collaborate on projects with Messages on iPad Select the file you want to share, then tap. , or tap Collaborate. Make sure Collaborate (rather than Send Copy) is selected, then tap the group or individual you want to collaborate with. A Messages conversation opens with the invitation ready to send.

Allow anyone with the link to view and edit the contents: Tap Share Options, tap Anyone with the link, tap Can make changes, then choose a method for sending the link.
