Click Settings. Settings. On the left, click your calendar. You can share a calendar across your entire organization or with a specific person or group. Open Google Calendar. On the left, click the name of your new calendar. Point to the shared calendar and click More. Settings and sharing. Choose an option: In the permissions box, click the Down arrow. Click Send.

Start a video meeting from Meet ​Go to Google Meet. Click New Meeting. Select an option: Create a meeting for later: To share the meeting details for a future meeting, copy the meeting link and share with participants.

Share a Google Calendar with your group You can share a calendar with your group or create a calendar that multiple people can edit. This can be useful if you want meetings or events to appear on a calendar for your group.
