Pricing: You need a Google Workspace subscription to use Googleʼs scheduling feature. This starts from $12/user/month, and just like Microsoft Bookings, youʼll also need to use other tools like Google Business Email to make the investment worthwhile.

If you use Calendar with a personal account or Workspace Business Starter, you can create a single booking page and accept unlimited appointments at no charge. For Workspace Frontline, Essentials, or an older Google Workspace subscription thatʼs no longer offered, you canʼt create appointment schedules.
