Build a dynamic microsite in Microsoft Edge

For Edge: Click on the padlock to the left of the URL text box (see image below). Click on Permissions for this site. A list of permissions is displayed in a new browser tab. Find the Insecure content permission and change to Allow. Close the Settings tab to return to the original web page.

You can tell Chrome to open to any webpage. On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, select More Settings. Under On startup, select Open a specific page or set of pages. You can either: Select Add a new page. Enter the web address. Select Add. Select Use current pages.

Change Homepage in Edge Open Microsoft Edge, select Settings and more Settings . Select Appearance. Turn on Show home button. You can either choose New tab page or select Enter URL for a page that you want to use as your home page.

Choose Settings. In the menu on the left, choose Cookies and site permissions, then scroll down on the right and select Media autoplay. On the right, thereʼs a drop-down arrow that gives you the options to Allow, Limit, or Block autoplay. Choose the option that works best for you.

Alternatively, you can any website by going to the top corner of the browser and select Settings and more Apps this site as an app. Once the application is installed, it will appear under edge://apps.

Create an Edge Workspace for your project Select Workspaces menu at the top left corner of your Microsoft Edge browser window and select Create new to get started with your first Edge Workspace. Give it a name, choose a color, and select Done your new workspace will open in a new browser window.
