This guide explains how to set the start page and home page in the new Microsoft Edge version as of 2020. To begin, open the new Edge browser (not the old plain blue version). Click on the three horizontal dots located in the top right corner of the screen. If the dots are not visible, you can press the Alt key and then the F key to open the menu. From there, select 'Settings.' On the left side of the settings menu, click on 'Appearance.' Here, you will find the option 'Show Home Button,' which is typically turned off by default. To enable it, click on the dot next to it. Once activated, you will be prompted to choose whether you want to set a new tab page or specify certain preferences.
