Make your user-generated content site in Microsoft Edge

Select Edge as a platform. To enable or disable web and search filters, turn the Filter inappropriate websites and searches toggle on or off. To block or add specific sites, add their URLs under Blocked Sites or Allowed sites. You can unblock browsers in app and game filters.

Microsoft Edge Adding Trusted Sites Click or double-click the Internet Options icon. In the Internet Properties window, click the Security tab. Select the Trusted sites entry and click the Sites button. Enter the address for the trusted website in the Add this website to the zone text field.

For Edge: Click on the padlock to the left of the URL text box (see image below). Click on Permissions for this site. A list of permissions is displayed in a new browser tab. Find the Insecure content permission and change to Allow. Close the Settings tab to return to the original web page.

Edge Click Hub on the toolbar. Click Settings. Select A specific page or pages from the Open Microsoft Edge with drop-down list. Enter the URL for a web page you want to open when Edge starts in the box below the drop-down list and click Save. To add another URL, click Add new page.

Add or remove access to a specific site Under Permissions, in the Site access section, add or remove a site: Add: To the right of Allowed sites, click Add. If you donʼt see this option, change Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites that you visit to On specific sites.

Setting Up Trusted Sites Click the Start menu and open the Control Panel. Click Network and Internet. Select Internet Options. Navigate to the second tab, Security. Here you will click Trusted Sites then Sites. If you are unable to click on Sites, you may need to contact your IT administrator to allow access.

Alternatively, you can any website by going to the top corner of the browser and select Settings and more Apps this site as an app. Once the application is installed, it will appear under edge://apps.
