Click New on the Account page and choose the Business Account Record Type. Fill in your account details and save the information. Next, you will create a Contact associated with the Business Account by navigating to the Related Tab and clicking New next to Contacts. Enter the contact details and save. Then, enable the customer user by selecting Enable Customer User from the Actions dropdown, which leads to the User page. Input the username, email, and nickname, select the User License and Profile, and save. Finally, assign the user the necessary Permissions Set by editing the Permissions Set Assignment section to finalize the setup.
