In this tutorial, we will create a Knowledge Base (KB) for the course, specifically using the Trial version of GeneXus 16, named EventDay. After pressing the Create button, we will wait for the Knowledge Base to generate. If using the Full version of GeneXus, the process will be similar with minor differences highlighted as needed. Within the Root Module, the GeneXus folder will contain sub-folders, Common and Web, which house predefined Objects like Master Pages. Additionally, there is a References node that consists of sub modules containing ReadOnly GeneXus Objects that have already been generated, ensuring that for future application builds, there won’t be a need to re-specify these elements. The tutorial will also cover importing initialization Objects and reviewing them, deploying the system in the Cloud, and executing the Web Backend for the first time.
