Make your tags page optimized for Netbook

Search for tagged notes in OneNote Click Home Find Tags. In the Tags Summary task pane that opens, click any tag in the list to open the page that contains the associated tagged note.

Tags are a way to categorize and prioritize notes in OneNote. With tags, you can quickly return to important items, remind yourself about action items, or filter on notes youd like to share with others. You can tag anything from a single line of text to an entire paragraph.

Custom tags are at first stored in the notebook where you created them. To add them to your own OneNote tag list, right-click the tags and then select Add to My Tags. After that, you can use them for new and other notebooks. They are also stored locally on your computer.

In your notes, click or select the text that you want to tag with a custom tag. On the Home tab, move the mouse over the Tags gallery, and then click the down-facing arrow that appears at the bottom of the gallery box. Click Create New Tag.

In OneNote, place the cursor at the beginning of the line of text you want to flag as an Outlook task. Click Home Outlook Tasks. (If this button is missing, you dont have Outlook installed.) On the menu that appears, select a due date for the flagged note.
