Net Promoter Score

A Net Promoter Score is a measurement from -100 to 100 that’s used to determine the extent of a business’s customer loyalty. At its most basic level, it’s calculated by asking customers one question: “How likely is it that you would recommend our organization to a friend or colleague?” The higher the number, the more satisfied customers a company has. By industry insiders, it’s considered to be a leading indicator of growth tied closely to revenue.
