Enhance conversions with generator with user submission editing

If you want to collaborate on a form with other users, use the Collaboration feature by clicking the Collaborators button at the top right of the Form Builder page, grabbing the Collaboration link, and sharing it with the person you want to collaborate with.

An Admin can let the user update or edit a previously submitted form by following the instructions below: Click on Settings. Then click on the EMAIL on the left navigation bar. Click on the edit icon for the Autoresponder. Click on Form Fields and add the Edit Link option. Then save the changes.

How do I give access to my submissions to others? To start, you will have to go to the My Forms page. Select the form where youʼd like the Submissions Page to be shared. Click the Submissions button. Click the Share button at the top right side of the submissions page. Set your settings, copy the link and share it.

Autoresponder Email: How to add the Edit Link? Go to the Form Builder. Click on ʼSettingsʼ and select ʼEmailsʼ. Choose the autoresponder email youʼre editing. In the email content editor, click on the ʼForm Fieldsʼ dropdown. Select ʼEdit Linkʼ. This will insert a link that recipients can click to edit their submission.

How do I enable edit submission in Jotform? In the Form Builder, go to Settings at the top. Select Emails on the left. Edit your Autoresponder by selecting the pencil icon. In the editor, add the {editlink} tag to your email. Once youʼre done, scroll down to the bottom and select Save.

In the Settings menu, click on Emails and hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email. Click on the Pencil icon, and in the window that opens, click on the Form Fields dropdown menu and select Edit Link. After adding the link, click on Save, and youʼre done.

Perform the following actions to edit a component in the form: Click next to the component that you want to edit. Make the necessary edits in the modal window. You can preview the changes in the Preview area on the right side of the window. Click Save. Click on the Home screen.
