Click on the new calendar icon in your Unity panel and youll see all of your upcoming events. Click on the Add new event entry (Figure 4) and then fill in the details for the event. The calendar-applet also includes a full calendar that you can view (click the calendar-indicator icon and then select Show Calendar).

Set up a new calendar On your computer, open Google Calendar. On the left, next to Other calendars, click Add other calendars. Add a name and description for your calendar. Click Create calendar. If you want to share your calendar, click on it in the left bar, then select Share with specific people.

In Google Calendar, click the desired time slot and select Create. An event will be added to your calendar. Select Edit Event to open the meeting details. Note: To add a recurring meeting, click the Repeatoption below the meeting date and time.

Here are some examples of how to use the cal command: Display the current months calendar: cal. Display a specific month and year: cal 5 2023. Display a specific year: cal 2024. Display a different day as the starting day of the week: cal -s. Display a specific month with a different starting day: cal -m -3.
