To construct an exemplary Netrunner build in the Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 update, heed these recommendations for point allocation and equipment selection: Attribute Points Distribution: Allocate 17 points to Body, 20 to Reflexes, 20 to Technical Ability, 20 to Intelligence, and 4 to Cool.

The Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion includes a new Relic progression tree, and players can unlock points for it by finding Militech Data Terminals. The Relic tree enhances a playerʼs cyberware, including enhanced abilities and passive effects.

For the easiest overpowered build, perhaps quake + berserk + slippery with cyberware that enhances speed. if you find starting with int hard, build into body just enough for adrenaline and just enough tech for quick heals, then transition into int. Netrunning kinda sucks now. Blades and Sandevistan best.

Objectively, the best build is a netrunner. Below that is melee with Sandevistan. Coming up 3rd is shotgun. Everything is viable, but SMGs and assault rifles, outside specific ones, are generally the weakest.

We recommend you spend most of your initial points on Reflexes, Intelligence, and Body or Cool. Reflexes and Intelligence give you a mix of Netrunner and Solo styles. Body and Cool are interchangeable depending on if you want to lean a tad more into combat or stealth.

Nomad is the friendliest option for beginners, Street Kid is the most effective for role-playing purposes, and Corpo offers a more unique experience for those who have played the game before.
