Today, we want to spotlight a key member of our leadership team, Andrew Engdahl, our Head of Sales. Andrew was nominated as a candidate for Blood Cancer United’s Visionaries of the Year, an honor that recognizes leaders who use their voice and platform to help defeat blood cancer. Andrew has played a key role in our growth at Instapage, closing some of our largest deals and now leading our sales team, and we’re proud to help raise awareness for his campaign.
This campaign is about more than his role at Instapage. It’s rooted in a personal journey that reshaped Andrew’s view of life, resilience, and the responsibility to help others facing similar diagnoses.
Andrew’s Story
Andrew is a survivor of Stage 4 Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. In the summer of 2022, what first felt like simple muscle tension quickly became something far more serious. Andrew’s blood cancer diagnosis led to major spinal surgery, four lumbar punctures, six chemotherapy infusions, and six intense months of yoga and physical therapy that ultimately gave him a second chance at life.
This experience changed how Andrew views life and the responsibility he feels to help others facing similar diagnoses. Now nearly 3 years in remission, he is using his story to raise awareness for blood cancer and support patients and families still in the fight.
“I feel that I owe it to my physicians, my friends, family, and teammates, and all those affected by the scourge of blood cancer to pay it forward and make a difference while I still have the strength and ability to do so.”
– Andrew Engdahl
Paying It Forward: Andrew’s Campaign
Andrew’s campaign is about paying it forward, helping patients and their loved ones fight blood cancer and live full, healthy lives like he has. He announced the campaign on World Cancer Day, setting a personal goal of raising $50,000 to support patients, families, and critical blood cancer research. If you’d like to help, you can make a donation through his campaign page.
Defeating Blood Cancer
We’re proud to share Andrew’s story and help amplify awareness for his campaign and support his efforts to raise awareness for blood cancer. His journey from navigating a life-threatening diagnosis while at Instapage to now leading our global sales team speaks to his resilience. Andrew brings a genuine sense of joy and optimism to the company, and we look forward to seeing those same qualities reflected in his campaign to defeat blood cancer.
